Boredom Busters: 50 Fantastic Play-and-Learn Apps, Sites, and Toys | MindShift.

Another great resource from Mind/Shift, but Sugar and its hundreds of activities don’t make the list. Only Scratch (a clear favorite on the site) makes the list. Perhaps an indication of the PR work that still needs to be done by Sugar, or the research that needs to be done to show the value of Sugar (or lack thereof?) vis-a-vis iPad apps and other toys.
