Python for procedural literacy

Illuminating post from the Read Write Web about using Python to teach procedural poetry or procedural literacy.  Chris and I are just starting to get our heads wrapped around these concepts, but we have seen other scholars in the Computers and Writing field, like Jim Brown and Annette Vie, writing about and demonstrating procedural poetry and literacy.

This entry claims that procedural poetry is a great way to introduce art and humanities students to programming, and CS students to poetry.  Rushkoff gets a tip of the hat.
